Add Shipping & Handling to the above fees, The US Department of State will NOT ACCEPT Pre-paid Self-addressed envelopes from FED EX GROUND. All other fed ex services may use a pre-paid self-addressed envelope and is preferred by the US Department of State.

Service fee: First document is $150.00 Second document is $100.00 Three or more documents please call for a quote, discounts may apply for multiple documents If your document requires notarization and certification from the clerk of courts please add an additional $25.00 Timeframe varies by embassy. Please contact us for embassy processing times. *Please Note: State Government issued documents will need to be certified by the Secretary of the State before they can be presented to the US Department of State for authentication. To cut down the processing time of your documents you may obtain the certification from the Secretary of State where the document has been issued prior to sending your documents to us. If you are unable to do this, we will be more than happy to assist you with this, just be aware that processing times of your documents will take longer, if you choose this option. Cancellations* after 48 hours are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations performed within 48 hours will not be charged a service fee. I-9 Notarizations

Every employer must complete a Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification for every employee it hires. Because of the growing number of remote employees in the workforce, employers are allowed to designate an authorized representative to complete the form on their behalf. And the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services sees Notaries as good candidates to serve in this role.
